Dove Cottage is ideal for those who want a truly memorable self-catering holiday in rural Lincolnshire .
Cottage sleeps two people and has one bedroom on the ground floor.

There is no public transport to or from West End Lane, Marshchapel and it is a mile to the village
where there is a very infrequent bus service. It is essential that guests have their own transport.
The road running past the cottage is a country lane but off street parking is provided for our guests.
The key can be collected from our property which is across the courtyard from
Dove Cottage where a personal welcome awaits you.
The parking area is concrete with a block paved courtyard leading to the cottage.
The area is well lit at night by motion sensor lights.
Entrance to Property
The front door is 750mm/29.5ins wide with a 9" step into the Hallway. There is no ramp.
The floor covering inside the entrance is short pile carpet with door mats.
The hallway is well lit with a ceiling light and is 47" wide with all other rooms leading off it.
The sitting room is situated on the ground floor with level entry from the hallway.
The door opening to the sitting room is 750mm/29.5ins wide.
The room has a sofa and two soft armchairs with non-feather cushions. There is a small occasional table and
an ornamental drop leaf side table, together with a wooden trolley containing visitor attraction leaflets and videos.
The seating can be moved.
There is a digital television with remote control, recording Freeview box, DVD player and VCR - all with remote controls.
Lighting is natural daylight from two opposing windows and by night
there is an overhead light, a standard lamp and two wall lights.
The flooring is short pile carpet.
The kitchen is situated on the ground floor with step free, level access from the hallway.
The door opening to the kitchen is 750mm/29.5ins wide.
The door of the oven drops down and the handle is 730mm/28.5ins above the floor.
The hob is 890mm/35ins above the floor.
Worktop and sink are 920mm/36ins above the floor.
The fridge is floor standing with the highest shelf being 680mm/26.5ins from the floor.
The freezer is a small work top freezer standing on a 920mm/36ins work top.
The free-standing table is 715mm/28ins from the floor and has 4 upright wooden chairs with no arms.
The kitchen is lit by double fluorescent tubes.
The floor is tiled.
There is one bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor with step free access from the hallway.
The door to the ground floor bedroom is 750mm/29.5ins wide.
The height of the bed from the top of the mattress to the floor is 525mm/10.5ins.
Lighting is natural daylight and at night an overhead light. There is also a bedside lamp on either side of the bed.
The bedroom offers good colour contrast between the floor, walls and doors, short pile carpet and non-feather bedding.
A digital alarm clock is provided.

Fully tiled walls and floor
We have a large garden and a block paved area is provided for our guests with garden furniture.
This is accessed from the courtyard on one level.
All areas in the cottage have good colour contrast between the floor, doors and walls.
All doors and door frames are wood and the walls are a much lighter colour.
The mobile phone reception can be poor.
The nearest General Hospital with an A&E unit is 10 miles away and the nearest doctor's surgery is 5 miles away.
